  • Preorders take approximately 4-6 weeks to be processed after the preorder period ends.

  • Each preorder product will have its deadline clearly displayed under the product description on our website.

  • Delivery timelines for preorders are estimates and may be subject to change due to production or supplier delays.

3. Shipping Rates & Times

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on your delivery location and selected shipping method.

  • Domestic U.S. orders typically arrive within 5–10 business days after dispatch.

  • International shipping times vary by destination and may take 2–6 weeks, depending on customs clearance and local postal services.

4. Tracking & Delivery

  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

  • We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they are in the hands of the shipping carrier.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

  • International customers are responsible for any applicable customs fees, duties, or taxes.
